LEGO PROJECT
This project explores LEGO's digital initiative, emphasizing the challenge of retaining users after their "Dark Age" (ages 14-18). Using methods such as Double Diamond, design thinking, and trend analysis, we propose strategies for attracting adults—building a digital community, leveraging nostalgia, and enhancing creativity. We also examine market trends, including technologies like blockchain and AR/VR, drawing inspiration from successes like Pokémon GO and Disney Infinity. Our design sprint outcome focuses on key factors for recapturing adult attention in the LEGO universe, emphasizing digital initiatives, community building, and nostalgia, incorporating successful AR filters identified through research.

Facilitating a Design sprint
In the course of this project, we leveraged our collective skills and knowledge to effectively lead and facilitate a design sprint.
